If you have had a change of heart about an item you have bought, we will need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original undamaged packaging.

 

You can exchange items up to 3 days after the date of purchase for the same value or more, while delivery charges are non-refundable. Please remember to get your receipt or name of gifter, and for your own safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food item to avoid contamination.
